Hi, I'm Janet. I help companies draw their future. With hands-on workshops and visual storyboarding, I work alongside teams to make their goals visible –aligning people, sparking motivation, and turning strategy into action.
My roots are in Silicon Valley, where I lived the full spectrum of startup / scaleup life: I worked for three startups: one that went public, one that was acquired by eBay/PayPal, and one that crashed and burned. Today, I live in Amsterdam where I work with scale-up founders, product teams, and global organizations to unlock scaling issues with creativity and clarity.
